Since 2010, leadership at LeCraw has built upon the entrepreneurial culture each was accustomed to from their experience working for a national engineering company. Anchoring this business partnership are two corporate goals that were established at its inception: to grow smart and with intent. They purposefully targeted actively growing companies looking for civil engineers that could offer big firm expertise but with the individualized attention of a smaller firm. Their unique understanding of the development process, diverse team, and broad range of industry relationships enables them to continue to deliver quality results to clients throughout the Southeast.
